When you log into Rivets V2, your business profile, customer list, and invoice drafts/records are securely stored in Google Firebase Firestore. Any changes sync instantly across your active devices.
You enter your payment handles (e.g. Venmo username, Cash App $cashtag, PayPal link, Zelle email/phone) once in Settings. Rivets prints these options at the bottom of the invoice PDF, allowing clients to click or scan directly to pay you.
You can delete your account directly inside the app under Settings, or submit a request on our web portal at simpleinvoicemaker.app/delete-account. All user records, customers, and invoices will be permanently purged.
